残胃癌及其外科治疗的新认识

摘要残胃癌系胃部分切除术后的远期并发症,目前其患病率呈上升趋势。残胃癌的外科治疗须行残胃全切除加上至少D2范围的淋巴结清扫。由于残胃癌的淋巴转移模式与原发胃癌不同,因此,其淋巴结清扫范围须作相应调整。根治性残胃全切后,其预后与原发胃癌并无区别。
