摘要
在舰炮武器系统的论证研究中 ,待选方案选优是一个重要问题。本文介绍了一种基于“级别高于关系”的多目标决策方法———PROMETHEE方法 ,该法简单 ,清晰 ,稳定 ,可按照满意 (PROMETHEEⅠ方法 )和最优(PROMETHEEⅡ方法 )两种决策规则提供给决策者方案集的部分和完全两种排列次序 ;并利用该法来解决舰炮武器系统方案选优问题。
In the process of naval gun weapon system selection, optimization of a number of selection schemes is an important problem. This paper presents the PROMETHEE methods, a class of outranking methods in multicriteria analysis. Their main features are simplicity, clearness and stability. Two ways of treatment are proposed: it is possible to obtain either a partial preorder(PROMETHEE Ⅰ) or a complete one(PROMETHEE Ⅱ). The paper present the PROMETHEE method to solve the optimization problem among a number of selection schemes of naval gun weapon system. A concrete example verifies that the decision result is dependable.
