摘要
提出了一种新的APD(以C30 950E为例 )实时噪声补偿方法。利用单片机控制技术 ,使APD始终工作在接近最佳偏压状态 ,实现了APD偏压补偿的实时化。
A new method of real time APD (for example C30950E) noise compensation is presented. Single chip microcomputer control technique is utilized to have the APD operate in a nearly optimal bias state, thus the real time functioning and intelligent operation of APD bias compensation are realized.
