摘要
研究了双层辉光离子W Mo共渗快冷后的表面形貌 ,发现表面有大量微沟存在 ,且微沟内的W Mo含量低于平均表面含量。用XPS所测的表面成分与扫描能谱所测的基本一致 ,说明最表层和次表层的合金含量相同 ,而非通常认为的在表面存在几个原子厚的高浓度层。XPS的结果表明 ,表面的Fe、W、Mo均以原子状态存在 ,而非化合物层。W Mo共渗缓慢冷却后 ,晶内和晶界析出金属间化合物Fe7(WMo) 6 ,并沿晶界向表面“溢出”
The surface composition and surface morphology of W Mo alloying layer by the double glow plasma surface alloying process were depicted by SEM examination, and the chemical state of the surface elements was confirmed by XPS analysis. It was found that the micro grooves of the surface ionized by double glow plasma surface alloying, in which there was a lower W Mo concentration. Detailed XPS analysis revealed the chemical states of the alloying elements. Fe, W and Mo in the surface alloying layer exist in the atomic state but not as compounds or of high concentration alloying layer. After the alloying processes, the intermetallics Fe 7(WMo) 6 are precipitated inside the grain and the boundaries.
