Tentative Ideas of Building an Integrated URT and Passenger Transport System in Guangzhou City

分析广州市在开展轨道交通与客运一体化建设工作中遇到的管理机制、城市规划、立项报建、征地拆迁、资金筹措等问题,提出在政策支持、建设实施、经营管理等方面的设想及操作模式,以促进广州市构建多模式和一体化的"和谐交通体系"交通发展战略目标的实现。

This paper analyzes issues concerning management mechanism,city planning,project declaration,land requisition and house removal,and financing in the construction process of Guangzhou city integrated URT and the passenger transport system.It puts forward tentative ideas and proposes practical operation modes for government policy support,construction implementation and operation management.The overall strategic target is to achieve a multi-mode and integrated＂harmonious public transport system＂ for Guangzhou city.
