摘要
北京地铁4号线宣武门站需要下穿既有2号线宣武门车站,形成十字交叉,需修建换乘结构,换乘通道垂直下穿既有站,然后顺着既有站底板开洞后接站台板,施工过程需保证既有线的正常运营。对既有线的保护标准、下穿结构的设计与施工的辅助措施和步序、拆除底板的关键技术和工艺、施工效果和监控量测结果等进行研究,使4号线宣武门顺利建成并投入运营,并实现了最短距离换乘。
The new Xuanwumen Station was constructed on Beijing metro Line 4 under-passing the existing Xuanwumen Station on Line 2,with the two stations forming a cross-configuration.Transfer passengers started from the concourse floor of the new station,with their top contacting the bottom of the existing station,under-passed and broke through the bottom plate of the existing station,and connected to the platform of the existing station.The existing station should be commissioned while the new one is under construction.Protective standards,design of transfer structures under the existing line,construction procedures and auxiliary works,key techniques of breaking through the bottom plate,construction consequences and monitoring data were carefully studied for the whole project.As a result,Xuanwumen Station on metro Line 4 was successfully completed and put into operation with the shortest transfer distance.
