结肠气钡双对比造影检查技术研究与临床应用

目的:通过自行探索研究的体位反转检查技术达到完成结肠气钡双对比造影检查。方法:采用医院内现有的压力表、气囊、皮球、湿化瓶、电木开关、三通节流阀等设计一种多功能灌肠器,用于结肠病变的检查。结果:随机抽取100例结肠气钡双对比造影检查病人,其中50例应用传统灌肠桶(对照组),50例应用本灌肠器(观察组),对检查时间,病人耐受程度、污染情况、检查效果、四项指标回顾进行统计学分析,经统计学处理,X2检验,在四项指标方面,对照组与观察组对比P值均≤0.05,有统计学意义。结论:该多功能灌肠器的实用性、科学性及性价比均优于国内其它同类产品,通过采用该灌肠器结合自创的技术手段,不仅完全能实现结肠气钡双对比造影检查,而且也可用于压力整复肠套叠等。

Conclusion： The study suggests that the multi-enema device practical, scientific and cost-effective than other similar products are better than domestic, through the use of the enema device combined with the technical means to create their own, not only fully capable of achieving air-barium double-contrast colon examination , but also can be used to pressure and so the whole complex in tissues susception.
