MAX1246/MAX1247是MAXIM于1997年最新出品的12位串行输出A/D转换芯片.具有工作能耗低、采样、转换速度快、精度高、接口逻辑简单以及灵活的可编程控制模式等优点.详细分析和说明了该芯片的工作原理。
The MAX1246/MAX1247 12-bit data-acquisition systems combine a 4-channel multiplext highbandwidth trach/hold and serial interface with high conversion speed and low power consumption.Both device analog inputs are software configurable for unipolar/bipolar and singleended/differential operation.The MAX/1246/1247 use either the internal clock or an external.Serial interface clock to perform successive-approximation analog to digital conversions These devices provide a hard wired SHDN pin and a software selectable power down and can be programmed to automatically shut down at the end of a conversion.
