摘要
目的强化军队医院卫生技术干部的理想信念,提升业务素质,增强事业心责任感,提高军队医院履行使命任务的能力。方法通过理论灌输、反复教育和军营文化建设筑牢思想防线,促进素质全面发展;通过集中培训、个人自学、挖掘内部潜力、利用外来优势资源、理论与实践的统筹结合,有效提升专业素质;通过建立考评任用机制、奖惩激励机制和帮扶解困机制,增强事业心责任感,确保可持续发展。结果形成了一支理想信念坚定、使命任务明确、业务精湛、事业心责任感强的卫生技术干部队伍,确保了医院平战时任务的圆满完成。结论按照"全面、协调、可持续"发展的要求,在卫生技术干部队伍建设中贯彻落实科学发展观,有效解决卫生技术干部队伍中存在的矛盾和问题,使卫生技术干部队伍建设充满活力,综合能力素质得到全面提高。
Objective To enhance the faith,improve the professional quality,buildup the sense of responsibility of medical cadre and to enhance the capability of a military hospital to fulfill the mission.Methods Theory learning,duplicate education,military culture construction were utilized to develop the general quality of the cadre. Concentrated training,self-education,interior potential digging,outside advantageous sources utilization,and combination of theory and practice were utilized to improve the professional quality. Evaluation and appointment discipline,rewards and punishment discipline,and assistance discipline were established to enhance the responsibility and ensure the sustainable development.Results A medical cadre team with steady faith,clear mission,distinguished skill and strong responsibility was formed,which ensured to successfully fulfill the peacetime and wartime mission of a hospital.Conclusion By implement the scientific development view in the medical cadre construction according to the requirements of "comprehension,coordination,sustainability",the conflict and problems in the medical cadre team can be solved,the team construction is active and the general quality can be improved.
