公平原则与政治义务:从哈特到罗尔斯 被引量：7

摘要 如果公民有义务服从国家的法律与统治，这种义务的根源是什么？或者说，公民为什么有义务服从国家的法律与统治？这是政治义务的核心问题。政治哲学史上对这个问题的传统回答是同意理论。根据这种理论，公民之所以有义务服从，是因为他们以某种方式对国家表示了明确的或隐然的同意，
