摘要
目的 探讨高温高热环境下阅兵训练对参加训练士兵的血管内皮产生的影响.方法 抽取37名参加阅兵训练的士兵与32名未参加阅兵训练的士兵的静脉血,检测血中细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平.结果 两组血中细胞间黏附分子、IL-6均为非正态分布.运用等级资料检验发现,阅兵组的ICAM-1和IL-6含量均显著高于对照组(均P〈0.01).结论 在高温下进行阅兵训练,参与训练士兵血中的ICAM-1和IL-6都明显增加.
Objective To investigate the effects of military parade training under high temperature and high strength on the serum levels of inflammatory factors released by the vascular endothelial cells of the soldiers participating in the training. Methods Two months after the beginning of military parade training, peripheral blood samples were collected from 37 male officers and men participating in the training and 32 sex and age-matched officers and men who did not participating in the training before breakfast to test the serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1). Results The serum levels of IL-6 and ICAM-1 of both groups showed non-normal distribution. The mean rank of IL-6 of the parade training group was 40.27, signigficantly higher than that .of the control group (28.61, P〈 0.05). The mean rank of ICAM-1 of the parade training group was 47.55, significantly higher than that of the control group (20.48, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Military parade training under high temperature and high strength increases the serum IL-6 and ICAM-1 levels, signifying vascular endothelial injury.
