摘要 目的为充分体现“以患者为中心”的服务宗旨,转变护理人员的理念,探索现代护理管理模式。方法无锡市人民医院于2009年2月实施护士长领导下的护理责任组长制,制定护理责任组长的岗位工作职责和年终量化考核标准,采取自愿报名的形式,符合准入条件的护理人员再进行理论笔试、现场技能考核和现场答辩,综合排序后择优竞聘上岗。结果与实施前比较,实施护士长领导下的护理责任组长制后,危重患者抢救成功率、护理质量评分、护理文书质量、及患者满意度均有显著提高(均P〈0.05)。结论实施护士长领导下的护理责任组长制,不仅满足了患者的需求,同时提高了专科护理水平,保证了护理服务质量,值得推广。 Objective Embodying the mission of serving patient, to enhance nurses' service concept, and explore for a better management model. Methods According to the management model of group leaders answering the matron implemented since February, 2009, the responsibility, obligation and the criteria to evaluating a nursing group leader were specifically clarified. Only qualifiers who passed a series of a written test, on-site examination of the technique, questions/answers took place were picked for the positions. Results The implementation has resulted in high score of patients' satisfaction, medical record keeping, service quality (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the management model of group leaders answering the matron not only enhances patients' satisfaction, but also strengthens nurses' standard of care as well as the quality of service.
