经皮肾微造瘘球囊扩张成型术治疗输尿管良性狭窄

摘要 目的探讨应用微创技术治疗输尿管良性狭窄的可行性及临床疗效。方法用球囊扩张成型术治疗我院自2002~2009年共16例多部位输尿管狭窄患者,均用CT扫描定位,而后在DSA引导下用一步法穿刺肾盂成功后,置入7F导管鞘,应用球囊导管扩张狭窄段,成功后置入D-J内引流管及COOK7F外引流管,8h后关闭外引流管,4周后拔出D-J管及外引流管。结果全部患者均成功的解除了梗阻。临床效果表明球囊扩张成型术疗效可靠、创伤小,恢复快,为临床上治疗输尿管狭窄的重要方法,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical therapeutic effect of treatment of benign ureteral stenosis by applying minimally invasive method.Methods Balloon angioplasty was used to treat 16 cases of multi-site ureter stenosis who are all located by CT scanning in our hospital from 2002~2009,7F sheath was inserted after puncturing kidney pelvis successfully one step under the guidance of the DSA,then to expand the narrow by applying balloon catheter,and inserted D-J internal drainage tube and COOK7F external drainage tube after success,COOK7F external drainage tube was closed after 8 hours,D-J internal drainage tube and COOK7F external drainage tube were extracted after 4 weeks.Results All patients were removed the obstruction successfully.Conclusion Clinical results showed that balloon angioplasty are safety,small trauma and recovery quickly,It is an important method for treatment of ureteral stricture clinically and to be worth of spreading and utilization.
