红豆草细胞悬浮培养中体细胞胚的形成 被引量:7

摘要 红豆草(Ooobrychis viciaefolia Scop.)为豆科蝶形花亚科红豆草属多年生草本植物。由于营养丰富,生活力强,抗旱,耐瘠薄,适合西北干旱地区种植,是农民喜爱的牧草。 (1): In the early stage of the cell suspension culture of O. viciaefolia Scop. cyclosis of many cells is very active; less cells begin to synthesize DNA and then the number of this kind of cell increases. After cultured for 72 hours, mitosis and amitosis are observed. (2). In the early stage of suspension culture, lots of embryogenic cells can be seen. After 40 days of culture, embrogenic callusis can be seen with the hiked eye, and when transferred to the solid medium, they can differentiate into shoots at a high frequency. We can see somatic embryogenesis and its every developmental stages by histological and objective observation.
