浅谈吉林省城市化可持续发展的途径

吉林省已经进入了城市化加速推进阶段,城市化发展在吉林省经济和社会发展中占有很重要的地位。吉林省城市化进程中主要存在着人口数量较大,城市数量较少,城市供给比较短缺;城市低端就业市场日趋紧张,城镇失业率逐年增长;水资源问题严重威胁到工业化和城市化的进程;工业不强,产业不大等问题。吉林省在城市化进程中应走新型工业化道路,扶持中小企业发展,加快户籍制度改革,取消城乡二元户籍制度,尽快将失地农民纳入到社会保障体系,解除进城务工农民的后顾之忧,构建吉林省大、中、小城市科学而合理布局的城镇化体系。
