摘要
结合复旦大学医科图书馆工作实践,分析文献传递工作呈现的特点和发展趋势,提出提高文献传递服务质量的措施和经验,包括人员要求、配备相应设施、多方开展合作、实施文献传递补贴政策。
Combining with the practices of document delivery service in Medical Library of Fudan University, the paper analyzes the features and the development trend, proposes measures and experiences so as to improve service quality , including personnel requirements, equipped with corresponding facilities, expanding multiple cooperation, carrying out allowance policy for the document delivery service.
