钙镁比调控对不同部位烟叶Mg、K、Ca吸收的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+) regulation on Mg、K and Ca uptake in the different parts of flue-cured tobacco leaf

摘要 通过田间小区试验,研究了土壤施用镁肥进行Ca2+/Mg2+调控及叶面喷施对不同部位烟叶镁、钾、钙的含量及累积量的影响。结果表明,土壤Ca2+/Mg2+下调及叶面喷施镁肥能促进烟叶镁、钾、钙的吸收累积,尤其是烟叶镁的吸收;与对照相比,土壤Ca2+/Mg2+调控到18、14、10、8及叶面喷施条件下,烟叶镁的含量分别增加6.67%、26.73%、19.22%、29.13%、18.80%,烟叶镁的总累积量分别增加6.08%、20.57%、39.86%、41.29%、20.66%;土壤Ca2+/Mg2+调控到10、8时烟叶钾、钙的总累积量也有显著增加;土壤Ca2+/Mg2+下调及叶面喷施镁肥能促使烟叶Ca/Mg和K/Mg降低,有利于烟叶中镁、钾、钙的平衡。 Effects of Ca2+/Mg2+ controlled by soil Mg fertilizer or foliar application on the flue-cured tobacco magnesium,potassium and calcium uptake were studied by using the field plot experiments at Banqiao town,Qujing city,Yunnan Province during the 2008~2009 summer growing seasons.The results indicated that soil Ca2+/Mg2+ reduction or foliar Mg fertilizer application was conducive to Mg and K and Ca uptake and accumulation amount of flue-cured tobacco leaf,especially Mg uptake of leaf.The magnesium content in tobacco leaf increased by 6.67%,26.73%,9.22%,29.13%,18.80%in soil Ca2+/Mg2+ regulation of the conditions of 18,14,10,8 and foliar spray,and the total Mg accumulation amount increased by 6.08%,20.57%,39.86%,41.29%,20.66%,compared to the no-Mg application.The total K and Ca accumulation amount also increased significantly in soil Ca2+/Mg2+ regulation of the conditions of 10 and 8.At the same time,Ca/Mg and K/Mg in tobacco leaf decreased with soil Ca2+/Mg2+ reducing and foliar application of magnesium fertilizer,which were in favor of tobacco leaf in magnesium,potassium,calcium balance.
