摘要
论述了我国草原保护建设面临的问题,提出并详细阐述了我国草原保护建设的战略对策、构建草原保护建设的支撑保障体系。
The problems faced with in grassland protection and construction were discussed,and the strategic countermeasures of grassland protection and structure of supportive security system of grassland protection were put forward and elaborated.
