五氧化二钒薄膜涂层变性材料研究

摘要 采用无机法制备五氧化二钒溶胶,通过探索性实验找了胶体稳定剂,采用浸渍法制备了V2O5薄膜,并对薄膜进行了表面形貌、伏安特性、温度-透光率曲线和温阻率等方面测试。结果表明:所得的V2O5薄膜表面均匀致密,透光性良好,有较好的电致变性和热致变性。 The V2O5 sol was prepared by inorganic method,the vanadium pentoxide colloid stabilizer was found through the exploring experiment,then the V2O5 thin film was prepared by the impregnation method.Then the superficial appearance of the thin film was tested,so was the temperature-transmittance curve,the voltage-current characteristic and the anti-rate.The result indicated that the V2O5 thin film surface was uniform and compact,which had good light-admitting quality,electricity denaturation and thermal denaturation.
