具表面活性原子转移自由基聚合引发剂的合成

Synthesis of a Cationic Surface Active ATRP Initiator

摘要 以廉价的2-溴异丁酰溴、1,6-己二醇、三乙胺为主要原料,通过三步反应,以中等收率合成了具有阳离子表面活性的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)引发剂N,N,N-三乙基(2-(2-溴-2-甲基丙酰氧基)己基溴化铵(2)。对合成的产物及中间体用红外光谱、核磁共振进行了结构确认。 A cationic surface-active atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) initiator N,N,N-triethyl-(2-(2-bromo-2-methylpropanoyloxy)hexyl ammonium bromide(2) has been synthesized in moderate yields via three steps,using cheap 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide,1,6-hexanediol,triethyl amine as main materials.Products and intermediates were characterized by IR,NMR.
