摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)分析前标本不同处理方式对测定结果的影响。方法收集3种HbA1c水平的肝素抗凝全血,分别用20μL全血+500μL试剂4和20μL红细胞+1000μL试剂4用免疫比浊法测定。结果低、中、高值的HbA1c用不同处理方式的检测结果差异有统计学意义。结论在日常工作中应重视HbA1c测定的标准化。 Objective To investigate the differences in the determination results of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)with various pretreatment methods.Methods 3 whole blood samples(anticoagulated by heparin)with different glycated hemoglobin levels were collected and detected respectively using 20 μL whole blood +500 μL reagent 4 and red blood cells 20 μL +1 000 μL reagent 4 by immune turbidimetry method.Results The results of low,medium and high values HbA1c with different pretreatments had significant statistical difference.Conclusion Should pay attention to the standardization of HbAlc determination in our daily work.
