摘要
目的为急性粒细胞白血病部分分化型非正规化疗提供方便、可靠的方法。方法急性粒细胞白血病患者在化疗前、化疗后定期检查血象,计数200个有核细胞,分别计数幼稚细胞百分比、细胞形态、白细胞总数。结果 3例急性粒细胞白血病患者通过非正规化疗达到完全缓解。结论对于急性粒细胞白血病患者的非正规化疗,血象检测是一种可靠的指导方法。
Objective To provide a simple and reliable method for irregular chemotherapy of acute M2 lenkemia.Methods The blood picture in acute lenkemia patients was regularly detected for counting 200 nucleated cells and counting percentage of juvenile cells,cellular morphology and WBC count before and after chemotherapy.Results 3 patients with M2 leukemia obtained the complete remission by irregular chemotherapy.Conclusion The blood picture examination is the reliable direction method to irregular chemotherapy of M2 leukemia.
