摘要
中国企业的跨国经营是改革开放的产物．２０年间，伴随世界经济的飞速发展，中国企业的跨国经营也从无到有，不断发展壮大起来．拟从中国企业跨国经营的必要性、现状。
China's enterprises establishing industrial and commercial organizations in foreign countries is a direct outcome of opendoor policy. With the rapid development of world economy, the cross national management of Chinese enterprises is growing big and strong. Tries to give a general idea of the crossnational management of Chinese enterprises.
