摘要
本文采用计算机模式识别技术,以材料的抗弯强度为判据,对影响结晶质玻璃机械强度的多个因素进行了主成分分析,得到了一个二维的目标参数优化区,并对材料的优化设计结果进行了实验验证。
The preparation factors of crystallized glasses have been analyzed by means of statistical pattern recognition.The optimum region of target parameters with expected mechanical properties was determind by computer program of principal component analysis(PCA).The experimental results show that this PCA program is reliable in optimizing heat-treatment schedules and composition of crystallized glasses.
