On the Construction of Tourist Enclave Based on the Global Development of Low-carbon Economy

在国际金融危机尚未过去,世界经济发展走向尚未明朗的大背景下,发展低碳经济已成为当今全球性的共识。旅游业以其迅猛发展之势及对相关产业的高度关联成为二十一世纪及更长历史阶段的朝阳产业。因此就需要探讨全球低碳经济发展与低碳旅游的相互关系,提出建设世界旅游飞地的构想。

Under the background of the global financial crises,to develop the low-carbon economy has become a universal consensus. Owing to its rapid development and its close tie with related industries,the tourism has become a sun-rise industry in the 21st century and/or even a longer period of time.The paper discusses the relationship between global low-carbon economy and low-carbon tourism and develops the idea of construction of tourist enclave.
