低场磁共振对军训中下肢肌肉损伤的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨低场磁共振对下肢肌肉损伤的诊断价值。方法选取19例海军陆战队队员在军训中突然大腿下部及小腿中上部剧痛,X线片检查未见骨折的患者行低场磁共振检查,常规T1WI、T2WI及STIR序列,层厚8.0 mm,层间距1.0 mm,病变部位加扫薄层,以冠状位及矢状位为主,辅以横轴位。结果 19例患者发现肌肉Ⅰ级损伤12例,Ⅱ级损伤5例,Ⅲ级损伤2例,均未见骨质损伤。结论低场磁共振检查能明确下肢肌肉损伤并且进行损伤分级。
