摘要
2008年1月1日生效的《劳动合同法》是一部重要的劳动关系法,它的实施对劳动者、用人单位、工会及劳动行政部门各方均产生了重大影响。文章从《劳动合同法》对大学毕业生就业影响调查分析入手,结合近两年大学生的就业实际进行实例分析,提出了应对《劳动合同法》对大学生毕业生负面影响的基本思路。
The Labor Contract Law, which came into effect on Jan. 1 st, 2008, is an important law concerning labor relations exerting a powerful influence on the parties concerned including the employees, employers, labor unions, and labor administrative departments. Based on analyzing the impact of Labor Contract Law on graduates' employment, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to deal with its negative impact with the statistical data on the graduates' employment in recent two years illustrated as the case study.
