浅谈人为因素中情景意识对船舶安全的影响

The Influence of Situational Awareness of Human Factors on Ship’s Safety

近期海上事故频发,调查研究发现众多海上事故与人为因素有关。如何建立良好的情景意识成为当务之急。文章结合案例分析了人为因素中情景意识对船舶安全的重要影响,指出了加强船员情景意识的重要性,提出了增强情景意识的一些方法和预防事故发生的措施。

Recently, there have been an increasingly frequent sea accidents, most of which are related with human factors according to the result of investigation. In the paper, the significant influence of situational awareness of human factors on the ship＇ s safety is analyzed based on the case study, the importance to strengthen the sailor＇ s situational awareness is pointed out, and some countermeasures and precautions are put forward as well.
