经济型自动化船舶电站控制方案研究

摘要 文章阐述了为达到经济性目的,在现行四机组船舶电站控制技术上提出了一种新型控制网络解决方案。该控制网络由一主站S7-200PLC、一从站S7-200PLC及四从站PPU(发电机同步保护装置)组成,PLC和PPU分别主要控制电站逻辑实现和发电机运行,主站PLC与从站PLC、PPU间的通信分别通过PPI和MODBUS实现。网络通信和控制逻辑均在STEP7-Micro/WIN中编程实现。应用实践证明其经济性提高的同时性能依然卓越。 In order to reduce costs, a new control network solutions is proposed based on the current control technology of ship power plant with four units. The control network is make up of one master station with S7-200 PLC, one slave station with S7-200 PLC and four slave sations with PPU. Two PLCs achieve the control logic of ship power station, while PPU controls the generator operation. The communication protocol between master PLC and slave PLC is PPI and MODBUS. Network communication and control logic are programmed to achieve in STEP 7-Micro/WIN of S7-200. The practical application proved that not only the economy but also the performance could been ensured.
