摘要
目前我国船舶修造行业面临着发展的瓶颈,主要是适应造船需要的高素质人才的短缺。文章通过对船机修造专业发展现状的研究,探索和研究了适应于市场需要的高素质船机修造专业人才培养模式。
At present, the industry of ship building and repairing in China is confronted with the bottleneck in its development with the shortage of high-quality professionals as the focus. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the ship engine building and repairing specialty, the paper probes into the talents training program which meets the needs of the job market.
