摘要
以浙江省某市的大型钢管桁架结构为工程背景,采用分级水加载试验方法,在拱顶横梁上施加与原设计相当的静力水荷载,测试了该钢管桁架结构主要控制截面在各级静力水荷载作用下的挠度、应变(应力)等数值的变化;并将测试结果与原结构的计算值与有关规范规定值作比较;通过检验系数的计算,研究了结构的承载力。试验表明,该钢管桁架结构的承载力和整体刚度尚能满足设计要求,但结构的荷载安全储备已不足,应尽快进行维修与加固处理。
A large-size steel pipe truss structures under static loading test in Zhejiang province is introduced in this paper.Incremental step loading technique is used in the experiment,weight of the water equivalent the original design load is applied in the top beam of the steel pipe truss arch by steps.Deflection,stress strain and other parameters of the main control section of the structure is measured step by step,the test results are compared with the calculated values of the original structure and the specified value of standards.Through the Calculation of check coefficient,the bearing capacity of existing structure is studied.The tests indicate that the bearing capacity and the whole rigidity of the structure can just meet the design requirements,but it lakes of the safety reserve,the maintained and strengthened measures are urgently needed.
