摘要
我国铁路在大规模、长距离、跨区域的煤炭运输中发挥着骨干作用,肩负保障国家能源安全的重任。本文在分析我国煤炭省际调运以及铁路煤炭运输的空间格局的基础上,评价分析了铁路在省际煤炭调运中的功能作用及其地区差异,提出加强"三西"煤炭新基地铁路外运能力、解除"三西"煤炭外运中通道铁路瓶颈制约、调整优化铁路煤炭运输空间格局、适时开展煤炭接替区的产、销、运战略规划等建议。
The railway plays an important role in the large scale, long distance, inter-provincial coal transportation in China, which takes on the task of ensuring the national energy security. This paper introduces the spatial pattern of inter-provincial coal input and output, and railway coal transportation. Then the effects of railway coal transportation in different region are analyzed. In the end, the author refers to intensify railway channel capacity of new developed ＂SanXi＂ coal production base, to relieve the middle channel＇s bottleneck of ＂SanXi＂ coal output, to adjust and optimize spatial pattern of railway coal transportation, to develop the integrated production-consumption-transportation strategic plan of the coal production substitution region.
