N,N’-双(1-苯基亚乙基)乙二亚胺及其类似物在低共熔物催化下的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of N,N'-bis(1-phenylethylidene)ethane-1,2-diamine and Its Analogues by Using DES as Catalyst

摘要 使用氯化胆碱与对甲苯磺酸配制成一种低共熔物,以此低共熔物为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂,加热反应1 h,成功制备了多个重要有机合成中间体——N,N’-双(1-苯基亚乙基)乙二亚胺及其类似物,产率为86%-94%。低共熔物可以至少重复利用5次。该反应过程具有快速、安全、简便、原料廉价等优点。 A kind of deep eutectic solvent(DES) was prepared from choline chloride and p-TsOH.After the reaction mixture was heated for one hour,N,N'-bis(1-phenylethylidene)ethane-1,2-diamine and its analogues were synthesized by using DES(choline chloride and p-TsOH) as catalyst and toluene as solvent and the yields of the products were 86%-94%.The DES was re-used at least five times.This process is rapid,safe,convenient and cheap.
