摘要
介绍了一种悬置带线超宽带高通滤波器。该滤波器采用了悬置带线结构,可以提供很高的Q值,减小了滤波器的插入损耗,具有极好的矩形度。这种结构还提供了双面电路,制作成宽边耦合线,可以解决微带线的边缘耦合量不够的问题。从高通滤波器的集总原型入手,分析了集总元件转换为悬置带线结构的实现过程,并且给出了仿真结果和实际测量的曲线。测量结果表明,用这种方法实现的超宽带高通滤波器带通可以到几个倍频程,具有很宽的通带,在各种宽带系统中有着广泛的应用,并且具有低损耗、小体积的优点,拥有广阔的应用前景。
An ultra-wideband(UWB) highpass filter with suspended strip lines was introduced.The suspended stripline structure provides a high Q value,reduces the insert loss of the filter,and presents an excellent selectivity of frequency.It also offers the option of fabricating double-sided circuits to increase the coupling,which solves the problem of using edge-coupled transmission lines microstrip.Based on the lumped highpass prototype filter,the transformation from lumped elements to the suspended strip line structure was analyzed,the simulation result and the practical measured curve of the filter were presented.The measured results show that the bandwidth of the multi-octave highpass filter is so wide that it is widely used in several wideband systems,and it has a low loss and a small size as well,so the filter has a broad application outlook.
