摘要
通过烧杯试验和生产试用,对聚硫氯化铝和PAC在钢铁综合废水处理效果进行了分析比较,发现聚硫氯化铝的混凝效果优于PAC,其处理出水水质全部达标,且受废水温度影响较小,其聚合度高,能减少PAM的使用,节省处理成本,简化了操作工艺,实际应用效果显著。
The effects of polyaluminium chloride sulfate(PACS) and PAC on iron and steel wastewater treatment were analyzed and compared through jar test and practical operation.The results indicated that,PACS had a better coagulation effect than PAC.Using PACS to treat the said kind of wastewater,the effluent water quality after the treatment met the discharge standard and was slightly influenced by wastewater temperature.Using PACS with high polymerization degree could reduce PAM consumption,save the treatment cost and simplify the operation;the actual application effect was significant.
