摘要
采取溶胶析出法对BMT{Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3}表面进行ZrO2包覆处理,制备了BMT陶瓷与LMSZA微晶玻璃的复合材料。结合X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析,确定了样品的晶相组成。结果表明,ZrO2包覆层对BMT的保护是隔离牺牲性的,同时用ZrO2制作包覆层是合适的,对介电性能没有不利影响。
The composites of LMSZA glass-ceramic and BMT {Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3}coated with ZrO2 were prepared through the method of sol-precipitation.The crystal phases of the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that the protection of ZrO2 coating layer to BMT is sacrificial isolation and it is appropriate to use ZrO2 as the coating layer,which has no negative effect on dielectric properties.
