摘要
为理解和解决城市化难题,制定恰当的城市化战略和政策,提高城市化速度,本文运用McCall的搜寻理论,引进城市魅力指标,建立了一个基于中国国情的农民进城搜寻工作的城市化模型,研究结果很好地解释了中国的城市化难题,有待于改进和解决问题。研究结果还表明,中国现行的对农民工的歧视性政策既不利于提高城市化速度,也很难缓解城市贫困的压力。
In order to understand the China＇s urbanization puzzle and make proper strategies and policies to speed up China＇s urbanization,an urbanization model based on peasants＇ searching city jobs has been developed by introducing urban charm index.This model illustrates that the prejudiced policies against peasant laborers are not only harmful to speed up urbanization but very inutile to relax the pressure caused by poor urban population.
