摘要
PCCP管钢筋腐蚀过程是电化学过程,阻止腐蚀过程最直接的方式就是阴极保护。同时阴极保护技术与涂层保护相结合使工程更加经济,采用阴极保护所带来的经济效益非常显著。本文针对大伙房水库输水工程(二期)PCCP管道,通过智能化监测系统连续的监测,综合多种因素实现了对混凝土中自然状态下的钢筋腐蚀状态进行评估。
The cathodic protection is a most direct method to resist the erosion process of the steel reinforcement of the PCCP pipeline, while the combination of both the cathodic protection and the coating protection can significantly enhance the economic benefit of the project concerned as well. Through the continous monitoring from a intelligentized monitoring system, the evaluation on the erosion status of the reforcement in concrete under the natural condition is realized for the PCCP pipeline of Dahuofang Wa- ter Conveyance Project (Phase Ⅱ) based on synthetizing many relevant factors.
