Analysis and Research of Local Standard in Beijing

为提高北京市标准化发展水平,"十一五"末北京开始研究制定《首都标准化发展战略》,地方标准化工作如何围绕着《首都标准化发展战略》促进地方经济和社会的全面发展,已成为标准化管理部门面临的首要问题。文章从北京地方标准的现状入手,分析了地方标准工作存在的主要问题,提出了提升北京地方标准化水平的若干建议。

In order to improve the level of local standards in Beijing, at the end of ＂The Eleventh Five-year Plan＂,Beijing is making researches and formulating ＂Capital Standardization Developing Strategy＂ , the local standardization work that promotes local economy and overall development of the society around ＂Capital Standardization Developing Strategy＂ has already become the prominent problem of the standardization work administration facing .This article starts with the status of local standards, analyzes the main problems of the local standardization work, puts proposals to improve the level of local standardization.
