杭州市楼宇经济及其标准化发展研究

Research on the Buildings Economy and Standardization in Hangzhou

近年来,杭州市楼宇经济发展迅速,对地方生产总值的贡献率已达15%以上,其中主城区超过20%。然而,杭州市楼宇经济标准化还存在综合管理与服务水平较低、综合服务标准化体系建设和楼宇智能标准缺失等问题。为了使楼宇经济更快、更好地持续发展,文章提出强化政府功能,制定楼宇星级管理服务标准;提升内部品质,制定楼宇物业内部管理服务标准等5项建议。

Hangzhou buildings economy has been developed rapidly for recent years. Contribution to local GDP rate has reached more than 15%, and the rate of the main city is over 20% of the main city. However, there are some problems with the Hangzhou buildings economy standardization, such as, low level of integrated management and services, the lack of integrated services standardization system and intelligent building standards. To make the buildings economy development faster and better sustainable development, the article proposes to strengthen the governmental functions, to make standards for building star management services, to improve internal quality, and to make standards for building property internal standard management services, etc.
