摘要
设置高油×高油、中油×高油和中油×低油3种组合,对各组合F1、F2代单株油分含量进行分析测定,研究了大豆不同亲本组合对早世代群体油分含量的影响。结果表明:大豆杂交组合亲本油分含量对F1、F2代单株、群体油分含量和F2代群体油分含量数量特征及含量频率分布均有显著影响,亲本油分含量与F2代群体油分含量呈显著相关。不同油分含量的大豆杂交亲本组合类型对F2代单株及群体油分含量有显著的影响。
Three hybridize combination of soybeans with different oil content including high ×high, medium × high and medi- um × low were made. Determined the individual oil contents of F1 and F2-generation and analyzed the effect of different soy- bean parents combinations on oil contents of early generations. The results showed that parental oil content of soybean hybrid combinations had a significant effect on the oil content of F1 and F2-generatiOn, numerical characteristics and the frequency distributions of oil content of F2-generation groups. The oil content of parents were greatly correlated with their F2-generation groups. The conclusion was that parental oil content of soybean hybrid combination had a significant effect on the oil content of F2-generation individuals and groups.
