摘要
2008年从黑龙江省15个大豆产地土壤中分离获得21份大豆疫霉(Phytophthora sojae)菌株,采用菌落生长速率法测定了21份Phytophthora sojae菌株对4种杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明:甲霜霜霉、甲霜锰锌、霜脲锰锌和三乙膦酸铝对21个菌株的EC50值分别分布在0.442~4.833、1.005~6.691、2.928~21.651和61.394~262.384μg.mL-1之间,均值分别为1.242±0.584、3.141±0.814、11.433±2.460和146.289±27.034μg.mL-1,大豆疫霉病菌对甲霜霜霉、甲霜锰锌、霜脲锰锌和三乙膦酸铝的敏感性高;甲霜霜霉、甲霜锰锌、霜脲锰锌和三乙膦酸铝分别对组成连续单峰频次分布的敏感性菌株的EC50均值为0.966、3.141、11.343和146.289μg.mL-1,可分别作为大豆疫霉病菌对甲霜霜霉、甲霜锰锌、霜脲锰锌和三乙膦酸铝的敏感性基线。因此黑龙江省大豆疫霉菌对甲霜霜霉、甲霜锰锌、霜脲锰锌和三乙膦酸铝敏感,未产生抗药性。
The sensitivities of 21 strains of Phytophthora sojae (collected from soybean soil in Heilongjiang Province in 2008 ) to four fungicides (metalaxyl-propamoeab, metalaxyl-maneozeb, eymoxanilmancozeb and phosethyl-A1 ) were determined with the method of colony growth-rate. The testing results indicated that the EC50 values of metalaxyl-propamocab, metalaxyl- maneozeb, cymoxanilmancozeb and phosethyl-A1 to 21 strains of P. sojae ranged from 0. 442 to 4. 833 μg · mL-1 , from 1.005 to 6.691 μg. mL-1 ,from 2.928 to 21.651 μg. mL-1and from 61.394 to 262.384 μg · mL -1, respectively. The mean values of EC50 were 1. 242, 3. 141, 11. 433 and 146. 289 μg · mL-1 , respectively. The results of frequency-analysis showed P. sojae were sensitive to the four fungicides. The mean values of EC50 of metalaxyl-propamocab, metalaxyl-maneoz- eb, cymoxanilmancozeb and phosethyl-A1 to the sensitive strains were 0. 966, 3. 141, 11. 343 and 146. 289 μg · mL-1 , which could be used as the sensitivity baselines of P. sojae to metalaxyl-propamocab, metalaxyl-mancozeb, cymoxanilmanco- zeb and phosethyl-Al ,respectively. Results suggestted P. sojae in Heilongjiang Province had high sensitivities to the four fungicides and have no resistant isolates.
