讨论了棉氨纶轻薄面料的染整加工生产工艺及注意事项。烧毛时,通过火口的速度要快（车速100-120 m/min）,火焰强度0.6-0.8 kPa,一正一反;退浆用冷堆-酶退浆工艺;采用布铗丝光机扩幅,丝光碱浓26°Bé;增白工艺为增白剂BFW 1.5 g/L,抗黄变剂SAM 3 g/L;干定形工艺为190℃×30 s;免烫整理采用低甲醛树脂整理剂ELF 100 g/L。

Wet processing of light-weight cotton fabric containing urethane elastic fiber was discussed.In singeing,running speed should be controlled at 100-120 m/min with flame intensity of 0.6-0.8 kPa.Cold batch/ enzyme desizing was adopt.Mercerizing was carried out on chain mercerizer with alkali concentration of 26°Bé.Whitener BFW 1.5 g/L and anti-yellowing agent SAM 3 g/L was used in whitening process.Temperature and time for dry heat setting are 190 ℃ and 30 seconds separately.100 g/L low-formaldehyde resin ELF was suggested in durable press finish.
