摘要
采用代盐剂ABE和精练酶ESF对纯棉机织物进行复合前处理,然后进行活性轧染染色。代盐剂ABE复合前处理的优化工艺条件为:代盐剂ABE 15 g/L,精练酶ESF 20 g/L,30%过氧化氢30 g/L,轧余率100%,汽蒸时间45 min。代盐剂ABE工艺可以减少工序,节约能源,尽管前处理效果稍逊于传统工艺,但处理织物的染色深度高于传统工艺,各项牢度与传统工艺相当。
Cotton wovens were pretreated with salt substitute ABE and scouring enzyme ESF,and then pad dyed with reactive dyes.Optimized process conditions were ABE 15 g/L,scouring enzyme ESF 20 g/L,30% hydrogen peroxide 30 g/L,pick-up 100%,steaming time 45 min.Compared to traditional process,ABE process can obtain deeper shade and similar color fastness with fewer energy and time cost.
