摘要 选用4种不同规格的PTT织物,通过测试手摸式作用力以及洗涤次数变化对PTT织物形状记忆效果的影响。结果表明:在较小的手摸式外力作用下,织物的折皱回复率可达80%;织物的湿态折皱回复率相对干态有一定程度的提高;随着洗涤次数的增加,织物的折皱回复率有一定程度的下降,经过15次洗涤后,织物的折皱回复率在50%以上,仍然具有较好的折皱回复性。 Four different specifications of PTTfabrics are selected for testing fabric shape memory effect by "hand touch" force and number of washes. Test result shows that under the smaller "hand touch" force, the fabric wrinkle recovery rate is as high as 80% or more ( with wet fabric wrinkle recovery rate improved to certain extent against that of dry rate) and by increasing the number of washes, the fabric wrinkle recovery rate dropped to a certain extent. After washing 15 times, the wrinkle recovery rate is over 50% , but still indicating a good wrinkle recovery.
