摘要
采用碱处理和等离子体处理两种方式,对工厂提供的导电涤纶织物进行前处理,通过表面电阻率测试选择了最佳处理条件,碱处理浓度为3%,等离子体(Ar,100W,30Pa)处理时间为3 min。采用涂覆的方法,选用实验室自制镍涂料(镍含量70%),制备屏蔽涂层,分别测试涂层织物的屏蔽效能,实验结果显示,采用等离子体处理方式的涂层织物屏蔽效能优于碱处理屏蔽涂层织物,在30~1 500 MHz范围内,屏蔽值可达37.0~37.5 dB,屏蔽率为98.59%~98.67%。
Conductive PET fabric is treated by use of sodium hydroxide in 3% concentration and 3 minutes of plasma treatment respectively before preparation and best treatment condition is thus obtained through superficial resistivity test. Nickel coating (70wt%) can be prepared in laboratory by yourself with the shielded fabric effectiveness tested. The experimental result shows that the shielding effect of the coated fabric treated by plasma is better than that by sodium hydroxide within 37. OdB to 37.5dB, with shielding value being 30MHz to 1500MHz and shielding rate being 98.59% - 98.67%.
