玻璃纤维与高强涤纶长丝的力学性能比较

摘要 纤维力学性能对复合土工布的加工及使用性能影响很大,本文针对涤纶高强丝和涂布PVC前后玻璃纤维的拉伸性能、准弯曲和勾结的强度进行实验比较。结果表明:普通玻璃纤维与涤纶工业丝虽在拉伸强度上相近,但伸长性和抗弯性的差异明显,故玻璃纤维更需关注其弯曲脆断和磨损;涂PVC玻纤的抗弯性能明显改善,勾结和弯曲强度值提高60%~80%;为提高复合土工布格栅强度,应尽量保证各纤维及纤维束间的平行伸直排列,减少弯折及表面损伤。 As the mechanical property of fiber plays an important role in the processing and performances of the reinforced composite geotextiles, experimental comparisons are carried out to the tensile, quasi - bending and knotting strength of the high - strength polyester filament and glass fiber coated and uncoated with polyvinyl chloride(PVC). The result shows that the tensile tenacity is approximate but the extension and bending property are evidently different if compared glass fiber with polyester filament, so that more attentions should be paid to the improvement of the brittle bended breakage and easy abrasion of glass fiber. The bending strength of the glass fiber coated with PVC can be improved obviously with knotting strength and bending strength increase 60% - 80%. And for the strength increment of geotextile - grid fabric, a parallel and stretching arrangement of the fiber and the fiber bundle is needed to reduce fiber bending breakage and surface damage.
