摘要
在pH7.0的Britton-Robinson缓冲介质中,抗蚜威在λex/λem=252/397 nm处发射强荧光,十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTMAB)能使其荧光有一定程度的增敏,且荧光强度与抗蚜威的浓度呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了测定食品中抗蚜威残留量的简便、灵敏的荧光光度法。该法抗蚜威浓度线性范围为0.006~0.14μg.mL-1,检出限为5.7 ng.mL-1。
Primicarb has a strong fluorescence emission peaked at 397 nm after being excited with a wavelength of 252 nm in the Britton-Robinson buffer at pH 7.0.The fluorescence was sensitized by the cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB).The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of primicarb.The linear range is 0.006~0.14 μg·mL-1,the limit of detection is 5.7 ng·mL-1.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.It has been applied to the determination of primicarb in the real food samples with satisfactory results.
