摘要
采用固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术检测了南丰蜜桔中的挥发性成分,共鉴定出60种化合物,其中烷烃13种、烯烃20种、苯系物2种、醇类14种、醛类3种、酯类6种、吗啉类1种、酚类1种。在这些化合物中,D-柠檬烯含量最高,占总出峰面积的65%。
The volatile compounds were detected in Nanfeng orange by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) with solid phase microextraction(SPME).Sixty compounds were identified including 13 kinds of alkanes,20 kinds of alkenes,2 kinds of benzene,14 kinds of alcohols,3 kinds of aldehydes,6 kinds of esters,1 morpholine and 1 phenol.The highest content was D-limonene,which represents 65% of the total peak areas.
