摘要
针对目前国内外缺乏成熟的管片高抗渗、长寿命的设计理论与技术的问题,建立了功能梯度混凝土管片(Functionally Gradient Concrete Segment,简称FGCS)的长寿命化以及界面过渡区、界面结合区增强的设计理论与设计方法,提出了功能/结构一体化设计的FGCS的设计方案及其关键制备技术,进一步完善了钢筋混凝土管片耐久性技术的设计理论与技术。
At present,there is lack of the ideal design theories and technologies of reinforced concrete segment about high impermeability and long service-life.The design theories(long service-life,interfacial transition zone and interfacial bond zone strengthening) and design method of Functionally Gradient Concrete Segment(abbr.FGCS) are established.In addition,the design scheme of FGCS adopting functional and structural integrated design are proposed.Finally,the key preparation technologies of FGCS are put forward.Based on the above mentioned,the durability design theories and technologies of reinforced concrete segment are farther perfected.
